We use the information we collect to: • Process your retreat reservation and payments • Send booking confirmations and pre-retreat communications • Share logistical details and updates relevant to your stay • Respond to inquiries and provide support • Send occasional newsletters if you've opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time)
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store, handle, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs the use of payment data and can be found at stripe.com/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (such as our email platform) solely for the purpose of operating our retreat — and only under strict confidentiality agreements.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill your booking, comply with legal obligations, and resolve any disputes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.
