TERMS OF PRESENCE — THE INTERLUDE
By digitally attesting below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. COMMITMENT TO PRESENCE
You agree to participate fully and intentionally in The Interlude retreat experience. This is a sacred commitment to yourself and to the community of fellow participants.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
If choosing the partial payment deposit option, the deposit amount is strictly non-refundable. This secures your place in the retreat. Under certain conditions you may transfer your ticket. Also, purchasing trip insurance to protect yourself is always advisable.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to secure the venue and programming, The Interlude is required to enter into binding contracts with third parties that do not allow for refund or cancellation in any instance, except for "acts of god" which render the entire event impossible. In these instances we will refund all purchases. Otherwise, only cancellations by fully paid guests made more than 90 days before retreat start date are refundable in full. Cancellations by fully paid guests made between 60-90 days before retreat start date will be refunded 70% of their payment. Cancellations of all guests within 60 days of the retreat start date will forfeit full payment made. Reservations are transferable under certain conditions and travel insurance is always recommended.
4. HEALTH & WELLBEING
You confirm that you are in a mental and physical state suitable for participation. You acknowledge that certain activities (breathwork, somatic movement, silent periods) may be emotionally activating. You agree to communicate your needs to the facilitation team.
5. PHOTOGRAPHY & PRIVACY
No personal photography or recording is permitted during retreat activities. The Interlude may photograph the environment and participants for promotional use.
6. DIGITAL ATTESTATION
Your signature below constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature. You confirm you are signing of your own free will with full understanding of these terms.
